Promo Code Policy

🎁 Promo Code Policy

Code "SINGLE" (1-4 Business Days):

  • Designed for orders with a single fabric base for all yards.
  • If multiple fabric bases are included, the discount will still be honored; however, the turnaround time will apply as 5 to 10 business days.

Code "MIXED" (5-7 Business Days):

  • Perfect for orders with various fabric bases.
  • Requires a minimum purchase of 50+ yards.

* We are always happy to help with special requests! If you would like to add a single yard of a different base to your "SINGLE" code order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery:

  • Our standard processing time is 5 to 10 business days, independent of carrier delivery times.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 6 business days once shipped.
  • Need it faster? You may purchase our "Rush Order" option or contact us before placing your order to discuss expedited processing.

Responsibility:

  • Ran Fabrics is not responsible for transit delays, lost, damaged, or stolen packages once scanned by the carrier.
  • If an issue occurs, please contact your local post office. We will gladly provide any documentation needed for your claim!
Refund Policy

💸 Refund Policy

Customer Printing Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the quality of the uploaded file.
  • Refunds will not be issued for low-resolution images or non-seamless patterns.

Damaged Items:

  • Evidence (photos/videos) is required for claims. We will provide a prepaid label for the return of unwashed/uncut material.
  • We will reprint and ship the fabric. If the TAT has passed, you may choose store credit or a refund for the damaged fabric only.

Missing Fabric:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any fabric is missing.
  • We can ship the missing fabric immediately, include it in a future order, or provide a refund/store credit if it is no longer required.

Color & Texture Variations:

  • Color Accuracy: Minor color variations between your screen (RGB) and the print (CMYK) are normal and do not qualify for a refund.
  • Texture: Fabric texture may vary slightly between rolls due to different suppliers; this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

* Please note: In the event of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Quick-Action Window: To ensure our fast processing, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Production Status: Once your design has been prepared for printing or pressed onto the fabric, we cannot accept cancellations unless our turnaround time (TAT) has been exceeded.
  • Final Sale: Once your package has been dispatched, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for shipped orders.
